The theatre is professionally managed by Lisa Aston. She is normally available in the office between 10am and 2pm on weekdays. She, or another duty manager, is present whenever the theatre is open to the public. Darian Thomas is the resident Caretaker and Duty Manager.

Parking Facilities
Whilst the Dolman Theatre doesn't offer its own car parking facilities, there is plenty of parking available on the waterfront and in the multi-storey car park situated just a short distance from the theatre.
