9 to 5 is based on the 1980 movie of the same name, and features music and lyrics by Dolly Parton. It centers on the downtrodden working lives of three women, Violet, Judy, and Doralee. They all work at Consolidated Industries, which is presided over by the sexist, lecherous, and pompous, Franklin Hart.

Join the Young Venture Players as they tell the story of a group of Bohemians who fight to restore the free exchange of thought, fashion, and live music in a post-apocalyptic future where everyone dresses, thinks and acts the same. Musical instruments and composers are forbidden, and rock music is all but unknown. This is a foot stomping show that features chart-topping hits by Queen including “Another One Bites the Dust,” “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “Killer Queen,” “We Will Rock You,” “Somebody To Love,” “We Are the Champions,” and many more!
